This year Performance in People (PiP) went back to the 80’s for our annual festive celebrations hosted at the perfectly retro-themed Sandown Boulevard.
A record-breaking celebration
PiP celebrated a fantastic, record-breaking 2023 with a free bar, free burgers, games, prizes, a magic mirror, and a silent disco! Another successful and memorable Christmas party for our team, to celebrate and be thankful for all their hard work.
Mike vs Alex: The ‘CO’ off…
Every year we host a ‘Mike vs Alex’ challenge (Mike Dalloz is our CEO, and Alex Breingan is our CFO) – it’s commonly known we have a very competitive bunch at PiP so this is always a highlight.
This year Mike and Alex’s team were randomly selected, forming a 4v4 head-to-head battle of cup stacking! Each person had to individually stack 30 x cups before passing it to their next teammate who had to do then do the same. It was a tense battle until one team had successfully stacked all the cups. And this year’s winner… second year running! Was…… (pause for effect…) …... TEAM MIKE! His teammates (Kelly, Charlie and Rosanne won an extra day of annual leave for 2024!)

An exciting announcement…
Our CEO, Mike Dalloz, made an exciting announcement at the party… We’ve had a great year and it’s been very busy at times! We wanted to offer a well-being day for all staff to say thank you for their hard work. This means everyone gets an extra day added to their 2024 annual leave to do something they enjoy or simply chill out!
