On Saturday, 23rd November, Performance in People (PiP) hosted its annual Christmas party, bringing together staff and their partners for an evening of joy, laughter, and celebration. The event marked the culmination of another successful, rewarding, and hard-working year at PiP, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and reflect on the year's achievements.
Cheese & Cheers at GG's Bar & Restaurant
This year’s festivities were held at GG’s Bar & Restaurant, which provided the ideal backdrop for the evening’s entertainment. Guests were treated to a speciality pizza buffet and enjoyed the luxury of a free bar. Adding to the lively atmosphere, a live DJ set the mood with music, ensuring the dance floor was never empty. For those who preferred a bit of friendly competition, retro 2-player electronic games were available, sparking nostalgic fun and camaraderie.
Recognising Team Highlights
As per PiP tradition, CEO Mike Dalloz took centre stage to present staff with humorous and heartfelt certificates recognising funny and notable moments from 2024. These awards, a highlight of the evening, celebrated the unique personalities and contributions that make the PiP team so special.

The celebrations also included a highly anticipated random raffle, which boasted an impressive array of prizes.
