Performance in People’s (PiP’s) Insights Team was established back in 2019 as a way to provide even more added value to our Client’s programmes by creating bespoke reporting and supporting video/audio compilations and clips. We work closely with the Account Directors to ensure they are well prepared for Client meetings and continuously work to develop and refine ways in which to present our outputs.
Who’s in the team?
Elysia (aka Tizzy) – The newest member of the team, Tizzy, started out as a Visual Programme Quality Controller back in 2013. Since then, she progressed to a Visual Programme Co-Ordinator role and most recently, in February 2022, was successful in her application to become the Insights Team Leader. She organises the team and is learning how to create insightful reporting and also how to produce compilations to support it.
Ellie – Has been working on bespoke reports since before we even had an Insights Team, so she certainly knows her stuff! Ellie, too, began life at PiP as a Visual Programme Quality Controller in 2012, before becoming a Reporting Assistant in 2016 and since 2019 has been an Insights Coordinator. She is our go-to bespoke report mastermind and is a valuable member of the team.
Stu – Is our resident Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects expert and creates most of our compilations. Stu is also fairly new to the team; he started life as a Telephone Quality Controller in 2014 and in early 2021 began splitting his time between QCing and being an Insights Assistant. He quickly became a solid member of the team in mid-2021 when he was made an Insights Coordinator. He has great eyes and ears for BMS®, which proves to be vital part of making his role such a success.
What do we do?
Bespoke Reports
Creating reports gives our Clients an essential overview of what happens within their Network. This proves to be an invaluable tool to numerous Clients who do not always have the time to pull such data together. It gives them a comprehensive summary and breakdown of performance, often tailored to specific topics depending on the focal point within their businesses at the time.
Benchmarking
As we work with so many globally recognised brands, it is possible for us to pull together some unique benchmarking statistics. We are able to effectively assess how our Clients perform in comparison to each other on a process basis and also on a behavioural level, using our award-winning methodology, BMS®. This gives our Clients an exclusive look at how they compare to competitors in their industry. The latest benchmarking data PiP pulled together was centred around Electric Vehicles, which showed some interesting findings. This included revealing huge disparity across Manufacturers when it came to Executives explaining range and charging aspects of vehicles.
Compilation and Supporting Clips
If a picture says a thousand words, that must be why our compilations are so powerful. Our Quality Controller’s pick out ‘best practice’ and ‘room for improvement’ clips when they process evaluations and then our super talented team work their magic to pull together compelling compilations and supportive clips to go alongside reporting outputs. This really helps to tell a story of what the data shows and brings the stats to life.
Pilots
One of the other areas the Insights Team is tasked with looking after is Pilot Programmes for prospective Clients. It’s important to have a dedicated expert team to pull together a snippet of what PiP can offer and deliver to companies. Working alongside PiP’s Head of Business Development, Head of Sales, and CEO, over the years, the Insights Team has contributed to PiP winning many new world-class Clients, that go on to have successful and sustainable programmes with us.
