Benefits of virtual training are far reaching beyond the cost savings associated with face-to-face delivery (travel, accommodation and time away from the office). We have seen a significant increase in attendance rates and delegate engagement resulting in greater customer experiences as identified through key industry recognised measures such as the Behavioural Measurement Score (BMS®) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)!

We’re excited to share with you our latest training release; over the course of 2021 we have developed Coaching and Behaviours for Service Excellence… ‘CBX’ for short! CBX is specifically designed to help improve behavioral performance.

CBX combines the key highlights from two of our most impactful training courses into a four-module training program, delivered to your sales managers - virtually.

CBX includes a deep dive into the Behavioral Measurement Score (BMS®) methodology; from understanding the behaviors and characteristics, to the scoring and how this can translate into measurable improvement in your customers’ experiences.

We also introduce Continue & Begin Fast Coaching for Managers to learn how to create rapid behavioural change in team members through effective use of language patterns and ego-boosting strategies. This element of the course demonstrates how to effectively review and use recorded mystery shopping output as a positive tool.

Each module is approximately 90 minutes with optimal delivery spread over two days. Our highly interactive delivery results in informative, engaging and enjoyable sessions from as little as *£50.00 per delegate.
