We’re celebrating Ryan Crookes, Account Director, at Performance in People (PiP) who has reached 10 years of service at the company!

Ryan’s career history at PiP

Ryan joined PiP in 2013 as a Quality Controller in our Video Mystery Shopping (VMS) Team (we only had 1 back then – now we have 3 VMS teams!). Just one year later, in 2014, Ryan progressed into the Allocations Team as a Co-ordinator, supporting the team with assigning work to our nationwide mystery shoppers and managing logistics etc. The following year, Ryan become Team Leader of our Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) Team – running telephone, web-based and letter survey programmes for some of our clients. In 2018, Ryan become an Account Director in our Sales Team – he now works directly with some of our biggest clients in the automotive, retail, and house-building sectors to ensure the programmes we deliver are contributing to client goals, and delivering real improvements in performance and behaviour.

Ryan commented:

“It didn’t take me long to realise I was part of something special here at PIP, after working in other industries it was a breath of fresh air seeing how we treated our staff, a real practice what you preach mentality. I knew it was somewhere I could call home and have loved every minute of it, from the amazing people and fun events to winning fantastic business awards, it’s been an absolute blast.
