To celebrate day 4 of National Customer Service Week, we’ve spotlighted some of our staff members at head office on the Isle of Wight. Performance in People (PiP) wants everyone to have the opportunity to grow, learn new skills and build knowledge and experiences during their journey with us, every member of staff plays an integral role at PiP.

Alex

Alex Breingan

Alex joined PiP in 2007 as a Quality Controller. He went on to lead multiple teams across the business before becoming a Director in 2010. His role now involves overseeing all of the operational teams at PIP as well as IT, HR and Finance.

Fun fact: Alex played beach soccer for England before working at PIP, scoring his first goal against Argentina.

Natalie

Natalie Creed

Natalie recently celebrated her 15-year anniversary at PiP. She started in 2009 as an Account Management Apprentice. Throughout her time at PiP, she has progressed through the company in various roles such as Programme Manager, Account Director and more. After returning from maternity leave in April 2021, she has most recently been promoted to Corporate Service Director and forms part of the Senior Management Team.

Fun fact: Natalie has two little boys called Arthur and Tommy and lived in Spain for over 2 years before starting at PiP.

Scott

Scott Lawson

Scott joined PiP in 2013 as a Quality Controller. He progressed to become a Research Coordinator in 2015. He then moved on to become an Account Director in June 2019, and now manages key client accounts and is responsible for ensuring the programmes we deliver meet client objectives. He works closely with clients and internal operational teams to ensure a seamless relationship.

Fun fact: Scott currently represents England as an International Beach Soccer player and participates in various tournaments around the World.

Jenna

Jenna Murphy

Jenna joined PiP in 2003, where she worked her way up through the company to Head of Sales/ Senior Account Director. Jenna then left the business in 2011 to spend the best part of a decade living in Melbourne, Australia and was fortunate to work in some incredibly privileged and dynamic roles in the defence sector before she returned to PiP in 2021 as Head of Training.

Fun fact: Jenna has recently flown in a Chinook!

Ellie

Ellie West

Ellie has been at PiP for 12 years. She joined as a Visual Programme Quality Controller, becoming a Research Assistant 4 years later. When the CX Lab was formed, in 2019, Ellie became a CX Analyst, analysing and providing detailed insights into every element of the customer experience. During her time at PiP, Ellie has completed an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration along with courses in Excel and PowerPoint

Fun fact: Ellie previously trained as a stunt person, but after settling down to have a family, she now gets her adrenaline hits in the form of sponsored challenges including a skydive and bungee jump – the crazier, the better!

Mike

Mike Harley

Mike is a long-running Quality Controller, with over ten years’ experience at PiP. He started working at PiP within his first month of moving to the Isle of Wight, and has worked in many teams over the years across a huge range of clients and has trained many new staff members.

Fun fact: Once a year, Mike goes to the Netherlands to help host DJ music evenings and has illustrated poster and cover artwork for three Dutch-published vinyl records!

Charlie

Charlie Lee James

Charlie has been with PiP for nearly 10 years as a Quality Controller. He has been involved with numerous endeavours throughout the business that help boost brand recognition, wellbeing and creative direction.

Fun fact: Charlie has won 3 separate art contests whilst only being self-taught as an artist.
