MARCH: I’m an Employee Get Me Out of Here at PiP’s bi-annual State of the Union
Prizes, pizza, fun and games at our first State of the Union in March. The theme of the day was titled ‘I’m an Employee Get Me Out of Here’ – giving staff quite the clue in what the day would entail. Read more…
APRIL: National Walking Day Challenge
We laced up our walking shoes and celebrated National Walking Day with an exciting challenge at PiP! Everyone joined in the fun, splitting into two teams—Team Tortoise and Team Hare—while using the Strava app to track our walking and running activities.
MAY: National Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Week
2024 marks our 5th year of being involved with raising awareness during MHA week. Mental Health and Well-being form a key part of our culture and work ethic at PiP. JUNE: PiP present ‘Behaviour Matters’ at national Škoda Human Touch Forum

SEPTEMBER: PiP Bungee Jump
On Sunday 15th September, a few of our staff members braved an epic 160ft bungee jump! Their daring leap wasn't just for thrills… it was in support of the incredible Wessex Cancer Support charity.

We celebrated a spooktacular week for Halloween with lunchtime film screenings, skeleton drawings and a pumpkin carving competition.
NOVEMBER: Celebrating Success: PiP's Annual Christmas Party 2024
We celebrated the year at our annual Christmas party held at GG’s Bar & Restaurant. Guests were treated to a speciality pizza buffet and enjoyed the luxury of a free bar. Adding to the lively atmosphere, a live DJ set the mood with music, ensuring the dance floor was never empty.
