Mystery Shopping Programme

Performance in People (PiP) has been working with JLR for the past 18 months conducting a regular mystery shopping programme across both their UK Sales and Aftersales network.

The activity comprises video mystery shopping, email mystery shopping and telephone mystery shopping. Utilising the output of the activity to drive continued behavioural excellence across the JLR network.
