What is a Quality Controller (QC)?

PiP’s Visual Quality Controllers (QC's) are responsible for watching and listening to our mystery shop output, ensuring assessors’ scoring is correctly marked against the clients’ questionnaire and that the output is of the highest quality (e.g. picture, sound, credibility, framing and brief compliance). Once quality controlled, the output and completed questionnaire is uploaded onto PiP’s online reporting platform, ‘VISION’ where clients can access and review the output before coaching their teams.

What's it like being a QC at PiP?

In addition to Video Mystery Shopping, PiP offer further customer experience measurement tools to our clients such as report-based mystery shopping, social media mystery shopping, and audits.
