Performance in People (PiP) Quality Controllers are the core of our business.
Quality Controllers (QC’s) make up 43% of our workforce and are responsible for the quality control and marking process of every single mystery shop conducted by our field-based assessors.
What does a Quality Controller do?
The Quality Control process includes things such as picture quality, sound quality, framing, brief compliance, and assessor credibility.
Not only do they quality check the mystery shop outputs including visual, audio and report-based formats, but our Quality Control teams also score staff behaviours using the award-winning Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®).
All QC’s are rigorously trained and audited in BMS® to ensure consistency and fairness in scoring.
They’re our experts in all things Customer Service and can recognise the fine detail behind what makes a great (and not-so-great) customer experience.
The 2023 QAFTA Awards
Every year we award our Quality Controllers who have achieved exceptional performance over 2023, delivering the highest quality output, whilst also maintaining high levels of efficiency.
It has been an exceptional, record-breaking 2023 for Performance in People, and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without the incredible work of our Quality Control team – so it’s great to be able to celebrate at the QAFTA’s
(P.S. It stands for Quality Control, Film, Telephone & Additional Services Awards – we were determined to make it fit somehow with the ‘BAFTAs’ theme!)
