2023 was our biggest year ever with multiple record-breaking quarters following an increase in new clients and new programmes.

To achieve our high-quality standards, and efficiently deliver an effective programme for our clients, we needed even more people to join our team at our head office on the Isle of Wight.

We’ve welcomed 8 additional Quality Controllers to our video mystery shopping, telephone mystery shopping, and special programmes teams!

Our Quality Controllers are our CX experts, who review and evaluate every single mystery shop that our nationwide team of mystery shopping assessors complete.

They check to ensure the mystery shop was completed correctly according to the brief requirements and meets our quality standards (e.g. picture, framing, sound quality etc.)

Quality Controllers also review and score individual staff members' behavioural performance by utilising PiP’s award-winning Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®), the science behind a great customer experience. Read more about BMS® >

Development

People are the key to our success, each bringing a diverse set of skills and experience to the table. PiP want all their people to have the opportunity to stretch themselves, learn new skills and build invaluable knowledge and experience during their journey with us.

Over 90% of our management team has come from internal progression!

Due to our unique company and products, experience isn’t always expected, we help new employees learn from scratch with an extensive training plan. We want our people to feel they can reach their full potential with us.

“It’s exciting when our employees are achieving things, they didn’t realise they were capable of”

Following company growth, operational changes, and the need to increase our capacity to deliver even more for our clients, we’ve celebrated a record number of internal promotions (9!) including:
