FEBRUARY: Tesla showcase intelligent electric vehicles at PiP HQ

In February Performance in People (PiP) were treated to a visit from the innovative Tesla team at our HQ on the Isle of Wight. The team from Southampton Tesla brought along the Tesla Model Y and Model 3 and showcased the incredibly intelligent technology and forward thinking zero-emissions, sustainable driving features. We’ve launched an exciting new ‘Performance in People Store’ to bring to life our Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®). JUNE: CX Day 2023: industry insights, guest speakers, awards and more!

Thursday 8th June 2023, was the big return of our CX Day (the first once since the pandemic, 5 years ago!) Our 2023 CX Day was hosted at the stunning British Motor Museum, and we were delighted to be joined by some of the best Senior CX Professionals in the industry, from brands including Sky, The White Company, Jaguar Land Rover, Oak Furniture Land, Toyota, Bellway Homes and more. JULY: PiP take part in Plastic Free July 2023

We completed a beach litter clean, hosted a ‘green quiz’, and played daily showings of influential programmes such as Leonardo DiCaprio’s ‘Before the Flood', Zac Efron’s ‘Down to Earth’, and legendary David Attenborough’s ‘Blue Planet’. We also raised awareness through daily hints/tips and informational assets around the use of plastic. We also held a cake sale to raise money for Isle of Wight charity ‘Gift to Nature’ who help to conserve the Isle of Wight countryside spots. Read more…

We shared a brand-new development in our training and coaching services with the launch of a Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®) e-learning course. The online fundamentals course takes no longer than 60 minutes to complete and has been CPD certified! Read more…

SEPTEMBER: Team Treats!

When the company does well... our people do well! We always like to share success at PiP, so when we achieved our record-breaking, biggest quarter EVER, it was only right that we say a big thank you to everyone for their hard work with a team treat! We gave each team some money to go do something fun together like bowling, crazy golf, cinema, an escape room or a nice evening of good food!

OCTOBER: Audi UK filming at PiP HQ

We welcomed the media team from Audi UK to record some footage for their upcoming national conference. The video shared the success in customer service performance through the utilisation of the PiP’s award-winning Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®). Their network has achieved record-breaking BMS® scores, propelling Audi UK up the BMS® league table for their excellence in customer experience. Read more…

NOVEMBER: PiP Treadmill Challenge for WightAid

On Friday 10th November, we attempted to run a Marathon during the working day. 21 staff volunteers ran, jogged and walked on a treadmill to try and reach the 26.2-mile goal. We raised money for WightAid, who fund organisations, charities and groups that aim to improve the lives of people living on the Isle of Wight. Read more…
